 
        
        This is a hybrid/work from home role resolving inbound customer enquiries, requiring booking amendments or emergency travel assistance mainly out of business hours. 
THE ROLE 
- Resolve inbound enquiries from existing corporate clients, via phone and email 
- Quote and issue new airfare tickets, calculate & reissue air tickets for changes 
- Provide an exceptional client experience by adhering to SLAs 
- 24/7 rotating roster; Mon - Fri & Saturday/Sunday (alternate weekends) 
- Main hours of operation are 4:00pm - 10:00am 
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED 
- Extensive GDS knowledge; Sabre is essential 
- Previous retail or corporate travel consulting experience 
- Passionate and service-orientated approach 
- Proven track record in a customer service role 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster 
- Exceptional attention to detail
