We are hiring a high-performance Ecommerce Growth & Operations Manager to be the execution engine behind our marketing and growth strategy.
The Role
This is a hands‐on, high‐ownership position at the center of the business.
You will sit at the intersection of marketing, ecommerce, email, performance media, and supply chain operations. You will work directly with the CMO to execute growth initiatives, coordinate cross‐functional teams, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
We are looking for a commercially minded operator who understands how marketing impacts inventory, forecasting, and revenue.
What You'll Own
Paid Media & Growth Channels
* Launch and manage campaigns across Meta and Google
* Drive activation of TikTok and test emerging acquisition channels
* Write and test high‐performing direct response ad copy
* Continuously optimize for CAC, ROAS, MER, contribution margin
* QA campaigns to ensure tracking, budgets, and creative accuracy
Creative & Campaign Execution
* Brief and coordinate with creative teams
* Manage production timelines and deliverables
* Ensure messaging aligns with brand and wellness positioning
* Use Canva when needed to move quickly
Email & Retention (Klaviyo Coordination)
* Work closely with Klaviyo/email team to align campaigns with paid media
* Ensure lifecycle, promotional, and launch flows support growth goals
* Coordinate messaging across channels
Ecommerce & Shopify Management
* Manage promotions, launches, landing pages, and product updates
* Ensure tracking, pixels, and attribution are functioning correctly
* Maintain operational clarity across ecommerce systems
Analytics, Forecasting & Reporting
* Monitor performance daily across channels
* Build weekly and monthly performance reports
* Translate marketing performance into inventory forecasting insights
* Coordinate with supply chain on stock planning based on campaign strategy
* Make data‐driven decisions, not opinion‐based ones
Growth Operations & CMO Support
* Maintain campaign calendars and launch schedules
* Execute ad hoc initiatives efficiently
* Support US/UK expansion efforts
* Comfortable joining calls across time zones
* Act as the operational backbone of the marketing team

Who You Are
* 3–6+ years in DTC ecommerce or performance marketing
* Experience coordinating across marketing and operations
* Commercially aware, you understand how marketing impacts stock and cash flow
* Data‐driven and comfortable building reports
* Strong communicator, clear, confident on calls
* Comfortable working flexible hours as we expand into US/UK markets
* Extremely detail‐oriented
* Passionate about consumer wellness
