Telesales Consultant Role Overview
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for presenting and explaining our products and services to customers via phone conversations.
* Engage in regular outbound calls to assigned customers to build relationships and promote our offerings.
* Persuasively communicate the value of our products and services to meet sales objectives.
* Follow up on leads and customer inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or internal databases.
* Provide exceptional customer service and effectively handle objections to drive sales growth.
* Record customer interactions and sales results within the CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in any relevant field of study.
* 1 year experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales is preferred.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
* Able to thrive in a target-driven environment with high performance expectations.
* Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
