Redevelopment Liaison Manager
Bathurst Health Service

About the Role
Step into a pivotal leadership position at the heart of the Bathurst Hospital Redevelopment.

The Redevelopment Liaison Manager, will help shape the future of health services for the region by providing expert direction across asset management, governance and operational integration. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, infrastructure and service delivery - ensuring the LHD’s assets, risks and performance obligations are expertly managed through a period of significant transformation.

Collaboration sits at the heart of this role. Leading the coordination between the LHD, NSW Health Infrastructure, external project partners and the existing Public Private Partnership, and other key stakeholders to support successful project delivery. The Liaison Manager will be instrumental in resolving complex issues, guiding service variations, safeguarding financial interests and ensuring continuity of operations as the redevelopment progresses.

The position also partners with the Change Manager and Operational Commissioning Manager to ensure an integrated program across all project plans, milestones, user groups, working groups and consultative forums. Ultimately, the Liaison Manager leads the planning, coordination and execution of all asset‑planning components of the redevelopment, ensuring activities are well managed, timelines are met and the project is delivered to a high standard.

If you thrive on complexity, collaboration and making a meaningful impact, this role offers an exciting chance to contribute to a once in a generation redevelopment for the Bathurst community.
