About The Role
We’re on the hunt for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to help lead the team in Maroochydore. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll guide the team, drive strong sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences every time. You’ll be hands‑on with day‑to‑day operations, including visual merchandising, coaching and achieving KPIs, and bringing an energetic, lead‑by‑example approach that motivates those around you.
Skills And Experience
* A hunger to chase every sale and exceed targets
* Previous experience as an Assistant Manager (or higher) in retail
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead from the front
* Confidence working with KPIs and performance metrics
* Resiliency and hard working
