We’re now looking for a Head of Partnerships Sales to lead the next phase of growth: driving strategic partnerships, accelerating revenue, and shaping how brands engage with one of Australia’s most powerful retail ecosystems.


About the role

Reporting into the GM Coles360, this role will lead the sales strategy and team across our retail media network; spanning in-store, on site and off-site channels. You’ll operate as a senior Sales Leader, owning revenue outcomes while building long-term, high-value partnerships with some of Australia’s largest and most influential brands. This is a highly visible role, working closely with executive stakeholders across Commercial, Digital, Marketing, and Customer.


What you’ll be responsible for

* Define and execute the partnerships sales strategy to drive revenue growth across Coles 360
* Lead, coach and scale a high-performing sales team of ~30+ (in)direct reports, setting clear targets and performance standards
* Build strategic, enterprise-level partnerships with key suppliers and brands
* Identify incremental revenue opportunities across retail media, data, and emerging channels
* Partner cross-functionally with Product, Digital, Trade and Marketing to deliver integrated solutions
* Pro-actively managing the overall sales pipeline
* Shape the commercial proposition of Coles 360, ensuring it remains competitive and market-leading with new focus on through the line brand campaigns
* Leverage data and insights to influence client strategy and demonstrate ROI


About you

* You’re a commercially astute Sales Leader with a strong track record, comfortable operating at executive level and driving large-scale growth.
* Proven experience in partnerships, media sales, or commercial leadership roles
* Experience within retail media, digital media, ecommerce, or agency environments highly regarded
* Solution oriented with a strong track record of delivering revenue growth and building strategic client relationships
* Extreme attention to detail on forecasting and managing pipeline on a proactive basis
* Proven experience leading and developing high-performing Sales teams to prioritise key areas of focus
* Highly credible with senior stakeholders, with the ability to influence at GM/C-suite level
* Analytical and data-driven and customer-focused, with the ability to translate insights into commercial outcomes
