What You'll Do
* Provide 1‐on‐1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect's clients
* Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and more
* Deliver CISP (Critical Incident Stress Programme) virtually or onsite as needed
* Facilitate webinars and in‐person seminars (optional)
* Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs
Requirements
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology or Clinical Psychology
Professional Registration
* Counsellors: active membership/registration with ACA or PACFA
* Clinical Psychologists: general registration with AHPRA
Expertise & Skills
* Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence‐based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT) and CISP (Critical Incident Stress Program)
* A minimum of 300 clinical hours post‐master's degree
* Experience with trauma‐related cases in psychiatric hospitals, mental health clinics, or similar settings
* Preferred prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
* Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary, is a plus
