About the Role:
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will delight Telstra's customers through outstanding customer service by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey and empowering customers to transform their telecommunications experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and provide solutions for customers
* Build relationships with new and existing customers
* Develop customised solutions for customers
