- What role will you play?As an Engineering Manager, you will own the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of your aligned features. You will have technology ownership on the hiring, retention and growth and development of an engineering team that meets the needs of the business and ensure it works well within the overall system architecture. You will mentor engineers, deep dive into technical problems, and provide leadership on complex technology issues.
- What you offer- Strong experience in Full-Stack web technologies like Node.js and contemporary JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular
- Computer science education or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable experience of leading and managing high performing software engineering teams
- Knowledge in industry best practices and standards within software engineering
- Operational experience in running critical production platforms/services.
