Job Description
* Oversee day-to-day operations and management of the village/community.
* Maintain high standards of property upkeep and presentation.
* Build strong relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
* Manage budgets and financial reporting for the property.
* Supervise and support on-site staff and contractors.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
* Coordinate community events and activities to promote a sense of belonging.
* Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by residents.
A Successful Village Manager Should Have
* A strong background in facilities leadership, ideally in a community services or aged-care environment
* Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
* Knowledge of relevant property regulations and compliance requirements.
* Leadership skills to effectively manage staff and contractors.
