HSEQ Manager Role
The company is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead the development and implementation of health, safety, environment, and quality management systems across all business activities and projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the effective planning, implementation, and maintenance of health, safety, environment, and quality management systems across all business activities and projects.
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance safety awareness and competence among employees.
* Maintain accurate records of hazards, risks, and incidents, and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
* Provide expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters to operational teams.
* Lead investigations into incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
* Contribute to the development of fit-for-work assessment programs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in occupational health and safety (WHS).
* A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
* Minimum five years of leadership experience in a similar role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
You will also need to have exposure to cloud-based WHS software and be willing to travel regularly to site as required.
