Exercise Physiologist - Occupational Rehab Occupational Health | NSW (Site Locations: Singleton / Speers Point) 12-Month Fixed Term Contract Mars Healthcare are currently representing a well-established, industry-leading organisation within the occupational health and workplace rehabilitation space. Due to continued demand, a unique opportunity has become available for an Exercise Physiologist to join their team across regional NSW. This role offers a rare blend of occupational health, workplace rehabilitation, injury prevention and exercise-based treatment, providing the opportunity to significantly broaden your skillset while working autonomously, with strong support from a multidisciplinary team. The Opportunity You can be based anywhere around the Hunter Region, with the office sites based out of Singleton/Speers Point. You will rotate across regional sites, delivering a mix of clinical and on-site services. In this role, you will: Conduct functional and physical capacity assessments within a purpose-built simulation environment Deliver exercise-based rehabilitation programs across workers compensation, Medicare and private clients Provide on-site early intervention services and workplace assessments within industrial settings Support workplace rehabilitation and return-to-work case management activities Deliver health education, injury prevention and wellbeing initiatives to workers Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team across allied health and medical professionals Assist clients in improving functional outcomes, physical conditioning and work capacity Regional Travel This role will involve travel across multiple regional sites throughout NSW. At times, this may require overnight stays or spending several days at a particular location depending on operational requirements. All accommodation, travel expenses and applicable allowances will be provided, with paid travel time included as part of the role. About You Exercise Physiologist with relevant tertiary qualification Current ESSA accreditation Strong understanding of musculoskeletal and functional rehabilitation principles Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse caseload Excellent communication and report writing skills Full driver's licence Interest in occupational health or workplace rehabilitation (experience advantageous but not essential) New graduates are encouraged to apply, with structured onboarding and training provided.
