Overview
Pullman Cairns International is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our service team across Coco's Kitchen + Bar, the Pool Bar, and our diverse conference and event spaces. The property features 324 rooms, 18 versatile meeting spaces, Coco's Kitchen and Bar, and in-room dining services. We're a renowned 5-star hotel brand, passionate about hospitality, fast-paced environments, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What you'll be doing
Step into a leadership role with Pullman Cairns International as a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor.
Supervising day-to-day operations across restaurant, bar, and event spaces
Leading, training, and motivating team members to perform at their best
Supporting recruitment, scheduling, and payroll processes
Collaborating closely with kitchen and event teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation
Managing guest feedback with professionalism and care
Upholding brand standards and contributing to a supportive team environment
Assisting with stock control and inventory management
Qualifications
Proven food and beverage leadership experience, ideally in a hotel or resort
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
Familiarity with Infrasys (Shiji) POS systems is highly regarded
Strong leadership and communication skills
A hands-on, service-focused approach with a sharp eye for detail
Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
