**The Role**:
The role will provide pivotal support to the payroll and human resources function, duties including:
- Under the guidance of the Payroll Officer, assist in the processing of 3 pay runs each month for over 300 employees
- End-to-end payroll processing during periods of leave
- Be the first point of contact for all payroll queries, resolving and escalating matters as appropriate
- Preparing documentation, producing reports, maintaining records and processing changes in payroll and HRIS systems
- Assist with human resources onboarding, offboarding recruitment administration
- General payroll and human resources administration duties
**The Who**:
- Previous payroll administration experience
- Previous use of payroll systems, Peoplesoft, NetSuite, SAP, Chris 21, MYOB, XERO
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office products
- Excellent communication skills
- Resilience to work under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism
- Initiative to analyse and resolve issues
- Highly organised and methodical approach to your work to maintain strict deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
