A day in the life:
Working across digital strategy, execution and performance of all digital channels for Ignite Travels suite of brands, with a key focus on achieving enquiry targets and optimizing digital ROI
Reporting into the Digital Performance Manager and working with a team of digital coordinators and assistants to deliver marketing activity across our suite of brands
Campaigns
End-to-end ownership of campaign planning & execution, and reporting, ensuring all items are live and in a timely and efficient manner
Continuous optimization of campaign activity and spend to ensure the best result possible for our partners
Reporting & Optimization
Use of GA4/Google trends etc. to provide insight into daily and weekly digital performance
Leverage insights, past performance to suggest new ideas and strategies to drive more enquiry – ownership of these items from end to end
Budget Management/Optimization
Maintain and monitor pacing documents in collaboration with business analyst to ensure we are tracking and monitoring spend efficiently
Active optimization of budget across campaigns/channels to drive better ROI for the business
Planning end execution of quarterly test and learn plan to strive for continuous improvement across digital channels
Collaboration, and development of digital marketing coordinators to run test and foster a test and learn mindset
Who you are:
Must have a proven track record in managing performance channels
Comfortable with reading and reporting on large volumes of data
Confident in Google Ads, Meta Ads, EDMs and GA4
Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications will be highly regarded
Minimum two years experience managing Facebook and Google campaigns
Hands-on experience with analytics and optimization, strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking with high level written and verbal communication
