Who we’re looking for:
BMD Urban are looking for an experienced Foreman to join our high calibre team, working in collaboration with the Project Manager to achieve optimum productivity and program outcomes. You will motivate others, ensuring a high-performing culture where teamwork ensures the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program.
This role offers:
- Exposure to a variety of civil projects and packages (earthworks, roadworks, concrete pavements, trunk and reticulated underground and overhead services, small bridges);
- Strong pipeline of locally based work;
- Opportunities to develop your skills/expertise in a supportive environment.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:
- Certificate III in Civil Construction
- extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience
- excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
- motivation to achieve value-for-money results to program.
You may also have the following additional desirable skills:
- Certificate IV Civil Supervision.
