Job Summary
This role will develop, maintain, and support financial models for operating assets, assets under construction, and overall corporate valuation to monitor performance, returns, and valuations of the business.
The role will also involve managing project lender obligations post-financial close, including disbursement and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and update financial models supporting assets under construction and in operation.
2. Maintain detailed knowledge of project and finance documents, especially regarding financial and commercial obligations.
3. Manage cash flows and perform analysis.
4. Support annual corporate and group-wide valuation exercises.
5. Assist with day-to-day finance tasks, including statutory and management accounts.
6. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.
Requirements
* Strong financial modeling skills with at least 1-3 years of experience in project finance, complex transactions, or business valuation.
* Experience in the power industry, project finance, or business valuation is preferred.
* Commercial awareness and strong communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
* Attention to detail, resilience, and achievement-oriented mindset.
