Change Analyst
The Change Analyst will work as part of the team and be responsible for supporting the development and execution of change strategies relating to the Business Improvement program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Change Manager in delivery of change strategy inclusive of impact and stakeholder assessment, communications plan and training plan.
* Identify and design preparation of the training strategy, all training materials and execution of all training.
* Develop impact assessments considering people, process, system, and financial impacts; develop appropriate strategies to address all identified impacts.
* Proactively track and support on progress of change program including critical path, delays and dependencies management and provide up-to-date progress reports of change management activities and assigned tasks.
* Support the development of change networks as appropriate to increase ownership and support for change.
* Identify and manage change management risks and issues, their impact and implications.
* Conduct regular change readiness assessments and implement strategies to respond.
* Relationship management for multiple stakeholder segments across the enterprise.
About You:
* We are looking for a highly organized individual with a proactive and analytical mindset who has an understanding of change impact within an organisation.
* The ideal candidate will have relevant industry and functional qualifications or certifications.
* A high-level understanding of Prosci and other change management methodologies is required.
* Experience in managing complex programs of work is essential.
* Proven experience in change and a history of execution is necessary.
* Experience in managing senior stakeholders is required.
* Demonstrated experience in project delivery is essential.
* Advanced experience in both Excel and PowerPoint is necessary.
* Experience with PowerBI is desirable.
