Part-Time Admin Support Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities
* Travel Coordination: Manage travel bookings, arrange accommodation through Airbnb for Business when necessary, and proactively mitigate any disruptions.
* Onboarding Support: Ensure new hire contracts and documents are completed, returned, and executed before start date using our custom ERP system and DocuSign.
* Mail and Filing Management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, scan, and file sensitive documents; maintain accurate company records in our ERP system.
* Financial Administration: Produce credit card reconciliation packs, review transactions, track missing tax invoices, match purchase orders to invoices, enter accounts payable, prepare documentation for review and processing.
You'll work closely with Directors and the Business & Finance Manager, handling ad-hoc tasks, calendar management, meeting coordination, and special projects. This requires strong communication skills to effectively connect our team and clients.
Apart from finance-related tasks, you'll assist with onboarding, travel coordination, email triage, and handling mail and filing. You must think creatively, be proactive, and communicate clearly to achieve success.
This part-time role has potential for growth as you develop with our organization. Our ideal work hours are 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, but we are open to working around the right candidate's schedule.
