The position:
Due to continual growth, our client is seeking a Field Operations Team Leader to join their team on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm, servicing their new and existing cliental across the Perth metro area and WA. The role would see day to day operations varying between new service installations, service calls and other tasks as required.
Role responsibilities:
Developing effective relationships with all key stakeholders, including all other employees and teams across the wider organisation
Contribute to team success for the identification, management and control of WHS risks by:
Sharing knowledge;
Identification of training needs
Provision of suitable tools and equipment including PPE;
Communicating and consulting with workers on WHS matters.
Conduct regular toolbox talks and 1:1 meetings to ensure lines of communications flow freely through the business
Coordinate medical aid to all reported workplace injuries as soon as possible and within 24 hrs
Review all workplace incidents within 24 hrs
Initiate incident investigation where required
Consulting in the development and execution of complex site activities including site builds, site remediation, complex customer installations, etc.
Managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing for all related areas of field operations, including but not limited to, installation and maintenance for: fixed wireless customer installs, fixed wireless transmissions site installs, changes to transmission site installs, customer service calls and data centre changes
Producing detailed and accurate reports in the correct Company systems
Maintaining relevant certifications and competency of their team as required and on time
Cooperating with technical teams and sharing information across the organisation
Managing the servicing and upkeep of Swoop supplied equipment
Making appropriate recommendations and briefing on repairs, diagnostics and equipment specifications
To be considered:
Previous experience as Leading Hand/Supervisor or similar role in a telecommunication company or network service provider preferred/highly regarded
High level of customer service for clients and stakeholders
Intermediate computer skills with ability to efficiently use an internal customer management system, ticketing system and Microsoft Suite
A positive attitude and approach towards work and being a part of a team
