Overview

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for Jira Service Management in the ANZ market.
* Define and implement a clear vision for your territory and plan/communicate regularly on funnel/account/territory status, resource requirements, challenges, and successes.
* Work with cross-functional teams including Account Executive, Marketing, Account Management, and Product to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Represent Jira Service Management at industry events and conferences.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the senior management team located in Australia.
* Collaborate with Atlassian partner management and with partners ranging from IT service providers to other sales and service firms to drive co-sell and GTM initiatives in ANZ.


Qualifications

* At least 15 years of experience in Sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in technology vendors.
* Experience working with ANZ customers and local SI partners to respond to RFP/RFI.
* Experience in the ITSM market; familiarity with mainstream service management solutions is preferred.
* Ability to independently drive Co-sell and GTM campaigns with Atlassian teams and channel partners in the ANZ market.
* Fluency in English is required.
