About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our team in Kewdale. In this role, you'll represent Ampcontrol's electrical products, services, and solutions, helping to deliver cleaner, smarter, and more sustainable outcomes across mining, utilities, and heavy industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and clients
* Identify and convert new opportunities in your industry segment
* Strategically manage accounts through tailored CRM account plans
* Execute and track call plans and sales activities
* Deliver sales targets and support regional growth strategies
* Travel regularly to customer sites and Ampcontrol locations
Your Background
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience in sales, business development, or account management
* Experience in mining, utilities, or heavy industry
* Electrical Trade or tertiary qualifications in Sales, Business, Marketing, or Engineering (preferred)
* A full, current Australian Driver's Licence
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Ability to work to KPIs and manage sales pipelines
* Willingness to travel across WA and interstate as required
