About the role
We have a vacancy for an innovative Support Coordinator dedicated to providing exceptional support and services to our clients. Our team is passionate about making a difference and ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience. This is a full-time role based in either the Shepparton or Wangaratta office.
About you
You will be a highly motivated and organized Support Coordinator, the ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing support services, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective assistance and access to required services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
You will be required to -
- Coordinate and manage support services for clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of client concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve support processes and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on support activities and client feedback.
You will have the following skills and experience –
- Proven experience in a support or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using support management software and tools.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
