Experienced Photo Retoucher / Photoshop Specialist
Casual Position with Potential Full-Time Opportunity

MSP Photography WA is one of Western Australia's leading school photography companies, photographing thousands of students across metropolitan and regional WA each year.
As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Photo Retoucher / Photoshop Specialist to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone with strong Photoshop skills who enjoys working with images, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. The role will initially be casual, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position for the right person.
About the Role
Working within our production team, your responsibilities will include:
* Colour correction of portrait and group photographs
* Photo retouching and image enhancement
* Background removal and image clean-up
* Preparing images for print and digital delivery
* Quality checking images prior to production
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience using Adobe Photoshop in a professional environment
* Strong photo retouching and image editing skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* The ability to work accurately and efficiently to deadlines
* Good organisational and time management skills
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Highly Regarded
* Experience working in a photography studio, printing lab or production environment
* Experience with school photography or volume photography
* Graphic design experience
* Experience managing large volumes of digital images
