Key Responsibilities:
* To design and implement educational programs and activities that promote learning and development.
* To establish positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
* To work collaboratively with the leadership team to develop and implement programs that meet the requirements of regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
* A genuine love for working with children.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A team player with aspirations to take on leadership opportunities.
* Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check and a state working-with-children check.
* Must have valid Australian work rights.
* A relevant qualification in children's services, or be in the process of completing one (per regulatory guidelines).
