We’re searching for a Marketing Manager to lead the next chapter of memobottle’s growth. You’ll have at least 3 years of experience managing cross-functional teams across marketing, content, and creative. You’ll drive strategy and day-to-day execution across our e-commerce, B2B, and custom-branding channels, with a strong pulse on social media trends and performance marketing.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who blends the brand's creative vision with commercial thinking and brings out the best in people.

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the marketing team (i.e., Marketers, Designers, marketplace specialists, etc.)
Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals
Own and execute our marketing strategy with a strong focus on e-commerce growth
Drive initiatives across D2C, Amazon, wholesale, and custom-branding channels
Forecast and manage marketing budgets
Analyse performance and leverage data to optimise campaigns and improve ROI
Oversee content creation and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Collaborate with product, design, sales, and customer teams to improve conversion and retention
Regular reporting on marketing metrics/performance insights to support data-driven strategy and ongoing optimisation
Manage agency and freelancer relationships as needed
Work directly with the founders on strategic initiatives
Manage and evolve our website and digital content
Driving collaboration within the team and across the wider business.
Ensure a steady pipeline of content and campaigns, identifying opportunities to refresh and elevate touchpoints
What might a typical month look like?
Work directly with the marketing and creative team to manage projects, individual tasks, and responsibilities.
Plan the annual marketing calendar, focusing on seasonal events, product launches, and unique customer engagements. Realise and integrate key business objectives into relevant campaigns and initiatives.
Work with our marketing specialist to analyse the performance of advertising content, and create a plan to source similar and complementary content.
Conceive and execute a back-to-school marketing campaign, working with our design team and external vendors to create an exciting omnichannel campaign across D2C and wholesale.
Project manage all active and upcoming campaigns, focusing on priorities with both a high-level and detailed view.
Brainstorm new and exciting ways to create reach and brand engagement.
Identify any areas of the business that require a content refresh, understanding what the major touchpoints for our customers are.
Analyse sales/campaign data for the previous year and provide some actionable insights.

What You’ll Bring
5+ years marketing experience, with at least 3 years leading marketing and creative teams
Proven experience in e-commerce brands, especially product-based businesses
Confidence working across Meta, Google, Klaviyo, SEO, and social channels
Strong creative eye and ability to collaborate with design/content teams
Excellent people leadership, communication, and project management skills
Initiative, attention to detail, and a love for testing and learning
Comfortable managing work in platforms like Asana, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
Based in Melbourne and happy to work from our Richmond office part-time
Bonus: Proficiency in Adobe Suite for minor edits/exporting
Bonus: Experience working in a purpose-driven or design-led brand
Out of the box thinking
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Must be a nice human :)
