Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with academic, administrative, and external stakeholders
* Manage domestic admissions via QTAC, UAC, and direct entry pathways
* Oversee admissions through articulation and pathway arrangements
* Promote Griffith's programs and pathways to prospective students whilst providing accurate and timely admissions information
* Focus on improving student experience through process enhancement and automation
* Operate independently to resolve complex client issues using intricate systems
* Negotiate and maintain domestic admission, articulation and pathway agreements ensuring services align with University policies and strategic goals

* Experience in domestic admissions within the tertiary education sector
* A good understanding of university admissions procedures and the UAC application process
* Experience working with CRM systems and student databases
* Excellent attention to detail in data entry and document verification procedures
* Skills in meeting critical deadlines in a high-volume environment
* Problem‐solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex admissions cases
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
* Proven commitment to customer service excellence
* Able to work independently and collaboratively to achieve results

What we can offer
This is a continuing, full‐time position primarily based either at the Griffith University Gold Coast or Brisbane South (Nathan). As Griffith is a multi‐site university you may be required to work across other locations.
Griffith University's sites are located on the lands of the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal, Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.
Salary Range
HEW Level 6 range $94,996 – $101,295 per annum + 17% superannuation.
