About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Marion Store.
This is a full‐time position at 38 hours per week.
* Leading by example to create an inclusive and empowering team environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting your team to achieve budgets and KPIs.
* Supporting the growth and development of your team through coaching, feedback, and succession planning, ensuring equal opportunities for progression.
* Executing Visual Merchandising in‐store, with the confidence to use your judgement to make commercial decisions that reflect both brand standards and customer needs.
* Understanding stock management processes and prioritising tasks effectively in a fast‐paced environment.
* Previous experience coaching a diverse team and providing clear, supportive, and on‐the‐spot feedback.
