As part of continued development and expansion within the business, an exciting opportunity has been created for a National Account Manager – Alternative Channels. This role will play a key part in driving growth across a diverse customer portfolio, leveraging established retail relationships and accelerating commercial performance across multiple route‐to‐market channels.
Reporting to senior commercial leadership, this position will take ownership of strategic account management across alternative and emerging channels, working closely with both retail partners and internal stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth outcomes.
Key areas of responsibility
* Owning and executing account strategy across Grocery, P&C, Independent and Pharmacy customers
* Driving revenue growth through range expansion, promotional planning and pricing strategy
* Managing trade investment and delivering disciplined commercial performance
* Leading joint business planning and customer negotiations
* Partnering cross-functionally across marketing, operations and finance to ensure strong execution
* Identifying new commercial opportunities across alternative channels
We're looking for a commercially driven National Account Manager with proven experience managing retail accounts across FMCG channels. Exposure to Grocery and Alternative channels is highly desirable, along with a strong understanding of promotional strategy, trade margin management.
You will be confident managing buyer relationships, influencing stakeholders and navigating multiple customer dynamics simultaneously. With a proactive and growth‐oriented mindset, you will bring both analytical rigor and strong relationship capability.
