Bartlett Roofing specializes in residential and commercial storm damage restoration! We work with homeowners and their insurance carriers to replace roofs that have been damaged by recent and current weather events.
Bartlett Roofing is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our roofing replacement services. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality craftsmanship and possess the expertise to handle a variety of roofing issues, we want to hear from you!
Job Type
Full-time, M-F 7:00 am-5:00 pm
Pay Range
$60,000 - $75,000 annual salary plus a competitive, uncapped performance-based commission structure.
First-year OTE - $100,000-$120,000

Who You Are
* 2-4 years of B2B sales experience is strongly preferred.
* A high level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
* Highly disciplined and internally motivated.
* Strong competitive drive with relentlessly high standards.
* Bold, persistent, a good listener, and persuasive.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Easily develops a comfortable rapport and establishes relationships with a variety of individuals.
* Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks.
* Technologically proficient and able to utilize mobile applications.
* Bilingual is a plus!
What You'll Do
* Own the entire sales cycle from initial inspection to close. You'll drive our sales and growth which will be critical to the success of the company.
* Identify potential customers and leads through prospecting
* Engage our prospective customers, outline how we can improve their situation, and tell them our story.
* Achieve the agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
* Show up to your job on the day of installation.
* Pick-up accessories missed on the initial count from the supply house, as needed.
* Attend all sales meetings and one-on-ones.
* Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
* Attend association meetings for networking opportunities consistently.
* Measure and be accountable for your daily activities as an outside sales rep.
