We specialise in the production of high-quality bulk dairy ingredients supplied to international markets across Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.About the roleResponsibilitiesLead product development projects across dairy powders, dairy protein concentrates, frozen dairy products and other dairy ingredient categories.Manage the technical pipeline from concept through scale-up and commercialisation.Ensure all new products comply with international food safety, quality, and export regulations.Conduct product testing, formulation adjustments, nutritional analysis, and performance evaluations.Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Export teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.Maintain solid awareness of global dairy market trends and customer specifications.Optimise processes to improve yield, consistency, and product performance in line with customer requirements.QualificationsA degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Dairy Science (or related discipline).3–5+ years of experience in dairy or food ingredient product development, ideally within a manufacturing/export environment.Knowledge of dairy processing, formulation, and quality systems.Strong understanding of export compliance and international customer requirements.Ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial solutions for overseas markets.Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.Why Join Richmond Dairies?
