Are you a Desktop Estimator or Supervisor looking to get out on the road and into a more client-facing role? We are seeking an Estimator/Supervisor who is ready to step fully into the position and already has some exposure to the insurance sector. If you've been working in a desktop-based insurance role and are wanting to transition into a more hands-on, site and client-focused position, training will be provided to help you move confidently into the role. The Opportunity Responsibilities
* Report directly to the Construction Manager.
* Estimate, schedule, and supervise trades and insurance repairs.
* Deliver a high level of customer service, building relationships and resolving issues effectively.
* Learn and utilise industry-leading repair management technology.
What You Bring
* Trade qualification.
* Experience estimating, scheduling, and supervising trades and repairs; exposure to the insurance sector advantageous.
* Knowledge of the National Construction Code, building regulations, and workplace health and safety.
