The Role Working closely with the Senior Sales Consultant, this role supports all sales activity across the village while developing your own capability to progress into a full sales role. Responsibilities include: Managing enquiries, nurturing leads and delivering a warm, polished sales experience Supporting open homes, village tours and resident events Preparing sales documentation, CRM updates and follow‑up communication Building strong relationships with prospective residents and families Assisting with sales campaigns, marketing initiatives and village presentations Providing a premium customer journey aligned with the village’s luxury positioning About You This role suits someone polished, personable and driven, with a passion for customers and strong career ambition.
