We’re growing, we’re busy, and the work we do matters. Right now, we’re looking for two Recruitment Partners to join our Sydney team and help us continue solving Australia’s regional doctor shortage.

The Opportunities

We’re hiring for two distinct Recruitment Partner roles, both Sydney-based and working closely with our national team across Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.

Recruitment Partner – Locum GP (Family Medicine)

This role sits within our established Locum GP team, with a strong focus on Family Medicine clinic work and Urgent Care Centres.

You’ll step into a desk with momentum from day one - engaged doctors, active healthcare clients, and immediate work to be done. You’ll collaborate closely with other GP specialists across permanent GP, Rural Generalist and Aboriginal Medical Services recruitment, sharing knowledge and supporting each other to get the best outcomes.

This role suits someone who enjoys pace, problem-solving, and building trusted relationships with doctors who rely on you to guide their locum careers properly.

Recruitment Partner – Permanent

This role sits within our Permanent & Tailored Projects team, working across the broader Prescript healthcare business.

You’ll be involved in retained and exclusive searches, long-term workforce planning, and bespoke recruitment projects for health services that value partnership. There are already doctors and clients to work with, and you’ll be supported by experienced colleagues who care about quality and outcomes.

You’ll also receive full permanent recruitment training, including access to industry-leading UK recruitment training, designed to give you structure, confidence and momentum in permanent search.

Your Base: Hub Hyde Park, Sydney

You’ll be based at Hub Hyde Park, one of Sydney’s most considered co-working spaces. It reflects how we like to work - professional, open and human.

Expect a modern open-plan environment, an on-site gym, fully equipped kitchen, rooftop café, end-of-trip facilities and a genuinely collaborative atmosphere. It’s a space where people enjoy turning up to.
