Profile A Successful Technical Business Analyst Should Have
* Proven experience working with APIs, including defining specs and contracts.
* Strong hands‐on capability with tools like Swagger/OpenAPI and Postman.
* Ability to convert business needs into clear technical/API requirements.
* Skilled in analysing systems, services, and data flows.
* Experience gathering engineering requirements and writing user stories & acceptance criteria.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including backlog refinement and prioritisation.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
