Carers Collective is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Assistant to support our ongoing commitment to excellence in the disability and community services sector. If you have experience in Reporting, Administration or assisting Operations, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and operational support to the management team.
* Assist with staff rostering, shift coordination, and timesheet management.
* Maintain accurate participant and staff records in internal systems.
* Support compliance and quality assurance activities, including audits and reporting.
* Maintain and update risk registers, incident logs, and feedback registers.
* Coordinate communication between office, participants, and support staff.
* Manage general correspondence, emails, and document preparation.
* Contribute to continuous improvement across operational processes.
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or NDIS-related software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
* Understanding of the NDIS, disability sector, or community services (desirable).
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

What You'll Need to Join
* Cert III or higher in Business or Healthcare related fields.
* Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Current QLD Driver's Licence.
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
* Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (accessible here).
