About The Role
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll deliver high‐quality occupational rehabilitation services to our employer and insurer partners, helping individuals return to work and rebuild their confidence.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload and collaborate with key stakeholders
* Conduct face‐to‐face and remote assessments
* Deliver wellness programmes and pre‐employment assessments
* Attend case conferences and client meetings
* Provide single services, assessments, and mental health programmes
* Work collaboratively on joint cases within a multidisciplinary team
* Contribute to larger projects such as injury prevention initiatives and job dictionary development
About You
You're a Rehabilitation Consultant who thrives on making a difference. You're a confident communicator, enjoy building strong relationships, and are motivated by helping people get back on track.
You Will Bring
* Alignment with Prudence Rehab's purpose, values, and impact
* Experience in occupational rehabilitation (highly regarded but not essential if otherwise stated)
* Strong relationship‐building skills with clients, employers, and insurers
* Current registration with (AHPRA / ESSA / ASORC)
