A unique opportunity for a Project Coordinator to support our Critical Infrastructure Telepower team. You will work closely with construction supervisors and project managers to deliver projects across Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage project budgets effectively to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Coordinate the procurement of materials to meet construction schedules.
* Monitor project execution and report delays/issues to the construction team.
* Develop weekly and monthly progress reports.
* Provide specialist support to internal stakeholders.
* Manage project management systems and scheduling.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Experience
* Demonstrated knowledge of cost management, commercial principles, and financial acumen.
* Significant planning and organizational skills.
* Excellent skills across Microsoft's suite of products.
* Sound communication and collaboration skills.
