Job Overview:
The Program Manager Aged Care will lead the implementation, management and evaluation of aged care programs. They will ensure that all activities meet contractual deliverables and identified needs.
* Monitor emerging policy to provide expert advice in the development of program plans and strategies that improve aged care outcomes.
* Provide strong leadership fostering a positive team culture of collaboration, ownership, innovation, agility and continuous improvement.
This role involves developing annual business plans, monitoring performance against KPIs and driving data-informed improvements to optimize results. The ideal candidate has relevant qualifications with a tertiary qualification or significant related field experience demonstrated by delivering change results in complex environments while driving collaborative outcomes efficiently under time pressure across experienced staff resources.
