The Opportunity
Reporting to the Group Deployment Planning Manager, CSR is seeking a Network Planner to join our team based in North Ryde. This role is part of CSR's newly established Centralised Planning Division and supports network planning for one of our popular building materials.
About The Role
* Lead inventory optimization initiatives within the CSR network.
* Partner with distribution, customer service, production planners, and teams to resolve operational issues.
* Monitor stock levels and rebalance as needed.
* Identify inventory policy violations.
* Track STOs and ensure timely delivery to customer sites.
* Monitor inventory performance against KPIs.
* Manage SAP purchase orders and STO details, reflecting changes.
* Review monthly distribution requirements and recommend strategies to minimize excess stock and shortages.
What You'll Bring
* At least three years of professional experience in supply chain planning.
* Essential SAP experience.
* Experience with first-principles inventory management methods.
* Numerate and systems literate.
* Exposure to S&OP / IBP environments.
* Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.
* Effective cross-functional communication and influencing skills at a senior level.
