Project Coordination Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced project coordination professional to play a key role in the success of our projects. As a Project Controller, you will work closely with project delivery executives and managers to define goals, manage budgets and schedules, and drive performance across all phases of project execution.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and baselines using Primavera P6
* Monitoring progress, expenditure, and forecasts to completion
* Conducting variance analysis for cost and schedule, recommending corrective actions
* Applying Earned Value Management in line with Australian Standards
* Managing cost control, invoicing, procurement, and contracts
* Supporting project change management and risk/opportunity tracking
* Facilitating progress review meetings and generating performance reports
* Overseeing document control systems and ensuring compliance
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Controller, ideally with engineering exposure
* Proven experience in fee estimates, tenders, contracts, claims, variations, and performance measurement
* Strong skills in scheduling, cost engineering, and reporting
* Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail
* Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
* A proactive, collaborative mindset with a commitment to safety
* PB PM training/accreditation or equivalent
* Familiarity with industry associations is a plus
* Full working rights in Australia
