About the Role
Reporting to the National Sales Coordinator, the successful applicant will provide a high level of support to the National Sales team and to internal managers and staff across Bidfood's National Network of Business Units.
Duties
Producing internal and external sales reports
Assisting with preparing tender submissions
Complete customer pricing reviews
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers
Maintaining contract and inventory records
Analysing internal and external sales data
Skills and Experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate trends and provide insights.
Aptitude for interpreting information and delivering outcomes with a high-level of accuracy in a high-volume environment.
Demonstrated experience with Contract and Records administration.
Advanced level of computer literacy including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn internal systems and software tools.
Ability to engage and interact with all levels of Staff and Management to achieve business outcomes.
An understanding of Bidfood's customer base and a knowledge of foodservice products.
