At Andrew Jenkins Real Estate we have a outstanding full time or part time opportunity for a friendly, outgoing individual who is looking to kickstart or further their career in Real Estate.
We are looking for someone with exceptional presentation skills and a genuine interest in real estate to join our team.
Ideally you will be enthusiastic and have the ability to work independently and within a team. Experience working in property management or real estate is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Conducting inspections and completing property condition reports
- Assisting with general office administration and documentation
- Attending to maintenance requests and work orders
- Attending to lease renewals, arrears control and other rental documents
- Liaising with owners and tenants, returning calls and documenting any issues
- Performing ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate and/or Certificate of Registration in Victoria and/or NSW (or the willingness to obtain)
- Driver’s licence
- Team attitude with an ability to work unsupervised
- The position can be full-time or part-time.
