OneStream Systems Administrator – Perth Australia (On-Site)
This position will be based on-site and will focus on ensuring the stability, performance, and optimisation of the organisation's OneStream platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer, configure, and maintain the OneStream application, including user access, security roles, and system parameters.
* Support financial consolidation processes and provide system expertise to the finance team.
* Assist in developing and enhancing planning functionality as the system roadmap evolves.
* Monitor performance, manage integrations, and ensure the reliability and availability of the platform.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical and process issues, escalating to vendors where required.
* Coordinate testing and deployment of upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, controls, and system configurations.
Qualifications and Experience
* Strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes, with hands-on experience in OneStream administration.
* Exposure to planning modules within OneStream would be advantageous.
* Candidates with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience will also be considered, given the organisation's Oracle background.
* Proven ability to work closely with finance stakeholders and support reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
* Familiarity with relational databases, data integration, and scripting desirable.
* Strong problem-solving capability and attention to detail.

* This is a permanent role based in Perth, requiring full-time presence in the office.
