About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a geographically diverse sales team and developing strategies to drive growth in targeted segments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent people leadership skills and a proven commercial acumen. You will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline and customer lifecycle, growing market share through existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities within the wholesale fuel business.
You will also be responsible for negotiating fuels and equipment contracts, supporting the team in managing customer debtors and credit limits, and providing strong communication skills to share relevant information across the business.
