Job Description
* Provide first‐level technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues promptly.
* Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
* Log and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution and communication with users.
* Collaborate with team members to elevate and resolve complex technical issues.
* Provide Level 1 support across business and residential clients.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues.
* Perform basic hardware upgrades (RAM, SSD, cloning).
* Conduct remote and on‐site support.
* Identify risks and improvement opportunities.
* Communicate clearly with clients and internal team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Level 1 IT Technician should have:
* A relevant qualification in IT or a related field.
* Strong problem‐solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively assist users and liaise with the team.
* Familiarity with hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
* A customer‐focused attitude with a commitment to delivering quality support.
* The ability to work effectively in a small team environment in Perth.
* Self‐motivated, hard working and committed.
* Able to obtain a National Police Clearance.
* Australian Driver's Licence.
