* Sales & Budget Accountability: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, ensuring targets and budgets are met.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management, shrinkage control, and compliance with company policies.
* Strategic Planning: Analyze store performance and implement action plans to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience (2+ years) in a customer‐facing retail or sales environment.
* Confidence in engaging customers and delivering an elevated experience.
* A results‐driven mindset fueled by enthusiasm for people and products.
* Adaptability in a fast‐paced, omni‐channel retail world.Strong problem‐solving and financial analysis skills.
