The Role We Offer
As a Sales Assistant, your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service, creating memorable shopping experiences and building positive brand connections.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Representing our brand with positivity and professionalism
2. Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers effectively
3. Providing personalized 1:1 customer service
4. Assisting with customer queries and sales processing
5. Collaborating with management and team to achieve KPIs and targets
6. Supporting store tasks such as visual merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation
7. Escalating customer complaints to management
8. Completing mandatory training related to products, policies, and procedures
