W Brisbane located at 81 N Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring a Part Time Whatever/Whenever Agent. As a Whatever/Whenever Agent, you will provide our guests with the 'W' experience and surprise and delight them every moment you get. You must have a focus on Loyalty and Guest Service, and require experience in the following:
* Handling a high volume of calls dealing with guest requests efficiently
* Providing information on all facilities provided within the hotel
* Making recommendations, upsell hotel features and related services
* Ability to multi task at all times
* Outstanding attention to detail
