This role will drive strategy, partnerships, platforms, products, education and adoption across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in AI strategy, platforms and products including large language models, intelligent agents and conversational AI. Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives is also essential. A strong understanding of regulatory, risk and compliance frameworks is required. The successful candidate will also be able to foster inclusive cultural change and deliver large-scale workforce education programs. Strategic commercial insight to align AI initiatives with financial, customer and risk outcomes is also necessary.
